General Information

If you have never attended my yoga class, I require you to complete a registration form.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it as I have a very limited supply of loaner yoga mats. I will supply all other props you may need. If you think you might really be interested in practicing yoga, I recommend you purchase a yoga mat. You can get a decent yoga mat at Target, Marshall's, T. J. Max or through the internet - I recommend HuggerMugger.com as a great online resource for yoga mats and other supplies.

Flexibility is not a requirement - it is a product of the practice. I read recently that students who practiced yoga regularly for 8 weeks showed a 39% increase in flexibility!

Finally and most importantly, I teach a Christian approach to yoga - always seeking to strengthen your Christian faith as well as your body and mind through the practice of yoga. I hope to see you in one of my classes soon!
